1. Services Provided

Capital Freedom provides credit repair, credit consulting, and funding preparation services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular credit score increase, funding amount, or approval.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services.

3. No Legal or Tax Advice

Our services are strictly credit repair and financial consulting. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Clients should consult appropriate licensed professionals for such services.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Capital Freedom is not liable for errors, delays, or issues caused by false or incomplete information.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Maintain active credit monitoring (e.g., IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, etc.) as requested.
  

• Respond promptly to requests for documents or authorizations.
  

• Remain current with any agreed payments.
  

6. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made in accordance with your signed client agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Capital Freedom is not responsible for:

• Denial of credit or funding by third parties.
  

• Actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or lenders.
  

• Unauthorized access to client accounts outside our control.
  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service if you:

• Fail to provide required documents or payments.
  

• Provide fraudulent or misleading information.
  

• Engage in abusive or unlawful behavior.
  

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
